RETURNS

The consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, by returning the goods in their original condition. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you.

Please note that returns can only be accepted if:

1. You contact us via email or phone.

2. The product has not been worn beyond testing.

3. The special tag of the product has not been removed or damaged in any way.

4. No modification has been made to the product.

5. It’s a product prior for which no individual order has been placed.

6. All accompanying documents of the product such as the guarantee and the purchase receipt are returned.

7. If the product is accompanied by a gift, it should be returned along with the product.

Please make sure that the shipping packaging is secure so as not to cause any damage. S.M.ARTEN is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the shipping return.

In case of products returns, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of the products receipt.

In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the SMARTEN store has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally make a partial set-off of its claim against his customer’s claim.
